Scattered Showers Through Friday
Cooler Weather Coming
That cold front has become somewhat stationary to our south and will help allow for more scattered showers and a few thunderstorms through Thursday.
A strong cold front will push through Friday with more rain out ahead of it before cooler, drier air moves in behind it for the weekend.
Daily highs through Friday will be in the upper 60s to mid 70s with nightly lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.
Weekend highs will top out in the mid 50s to low 60s with overnight lows dipping to the 30s and 40s. In our northern counties and outlying areas, there is a chance for frost on Sunday morning.
An even stronger blast of arctic air will push in early next week capping off daytime highs in the mid 40s to low 50s by mid-week. We could even see our first freeze of the season come Wednesday morning.
