Scattered Showers Through Friday
Daily Isolated Thunderstomrs Possible
That cold front will become stationary across the region before slowly moving out by Friday ahead of another cold front that will cool us down for the weekend.
Expect scattered showers and a few isolated thunderstorms daily through Friday. Highs will be in the upper 60s to low 70s with lows in the upper 50s to low 60s.
A strong cold front pushes through Friday and will dry us out Saturday and Sunday. Plus, we’ll turn cooler with weekend highs topping out in the mid 50s to low 60s. Overnight lows will dip to the upper 30s to mid 40s. Frost will be a possibility for our northern counties and outlying areas come Sunday morning.
We’re not done there when it comes to the cool down. Models are showing an even stronger dose of arctic air filtering in Tuesday/Wednesday of next week with highs stalling out in the mid to upper 40s by mid-week. Could see our first freeze of the season Tuesday night. We’ll keep an eye on that timeline.
