Kids Not Getting Enough Exercise

Kids need to get more exercise in the United States.

A new study reveals most children in the U-S don’t get enough exercise.

Researchers at Nationwide Children’s Hospital found only 5 percent of kids meet the daily goals for physical activity.

About half get a little bit of exercise and five percent get none at all.

Experts say children should be physically active for one hour each day or 420 minutes a week.
