Cloudy, But Dry Tuesday
Rain and Cooler Temps Coming
The forecast remains quiet in the short term as a dry air mass continues to blanket the area. We’ll also get another shot of dry air as a fizzling cold front pushes through today. No rain through at least Thursday morning.
Daytime highs will return to near seasonal today hitting the upper 6os to low 70s under partly cloudy skies.
Partly cloudy tonight with lows in the upper 40s to mid 50s.
A mix of sun and clouds on Wednesday with highs in the low to mid 70s.
The remnants of Hurricane Willa will steer tropical moisture into our area Thursday adding rain to the forecast for Thursday and Friday. Looking at up to 1″ of rainfall, but this could change depending how far north the low could impact.
Along with this moist air from the south, a cold air wedge from the north will cool us down Thursday and Friday with highs topping out in the upper 50s to low 60s. Lows will dip to the low to mid 40s.
So far, the weekend looks to stay rain free with highs in the mid to upper 60s and lows in the low to mid 40s under a mix of sun and clouds.
