Water and milk are the most popular beverages among kids and teens.

That’s according to government data from 2016.

It shows water and milk accounted for nearly two thirds of the total beverage consumption among kids over two.

Soft drinks made up about one fifth of the total followed by 100 percent juice and other beverages.
