The Columbus Lions Received a Warm Welcome Back From Massachusetts

THE LIONS DEFEATED THE MASSACHUSETTS PIRATES TO MOVE ON TO THE NAL CHAMPIONSHIP

The Columbus Lions got a warm welcome back home from their victory over Massachusetts.

The Lions took down the Pirates for the first time on the road this season to move on to the National Arena League championship.

They are still waiting to see who they will play in that game as Jacksonville and Carolina play tomorrow night.

After nine straight weeks without a bye week, the Lions are looking for forward to getting their bodies back to 100% with roughly two weeks off until the championship game.

“I gave them all off. Everybody is going to go home and get to watch the game, figure out who we are playing, so it is fun to sit back and really enjoy that and enjoy the win and practice will start next Monday,” says Columbus Lions head coach Jason Gibson.
