Jamie Fox Moves From Offensive Coordinator To Head Football Coach At Harris County

FOX GETS A WARM WELCOME FROM THE TEAM ON THE NEW ROLE AS HEAD COACH

High school football is back this week in our area and the Harris County Tigers will step onto the field Friday with a new head coach.

Former Tigers offensive coordinator Jamie Fox will replace Zac Howard in that leading role this season.

So far this summer the transition has been a smooth one and one that is welcomed by the team.

“Coach Fox being here for as long as he has, he knew the players and he knew how it is supposed to be ran and he knew how Harris County wants it to be ran,” says Harris County senior linebacker Cohen Perry.

“If familiar with the kids, familiar with the school, school system, and just knowing how things are up here. It is a little different, in a good way and we’ve had a great summer and kids work hard and they are ready to play,” says Harris County head football coach Jamie Fox.
