New Starting QB For Troup County High School Football This Season

FOUR STAR WIDE OUT KOBE HUDSON TO FILL MONTEZ CROWE'S SHOES AT TROUP

The Troup County high school football team has been preparing all summer for a grueling season this year where they will face some of the top teams in AAAA.

Not only that, but they’ve had to replace their starting quarterback Montez Crowe who graduated in the spring.

They believe they have found their guy in four star junior wide receiver Kobe Hudson.

Head coach Tanner Glisson is excited to put Hudson to the test in tomorrow night’s scrimmage.

“We play four teams that are in the top fifteen teams in quad eight and then outside the region we are going to play Harris County, we are going to play Callaway, we scrimmage Northside-Columbus tomorrow, Columbus High, we are going to play them, so it’s kind of an SEC type schedule for high school football, but we are excited and hopefully this team will be up for the challenge,” says Troup County high school head football coach Tanner Glisson.

Troup’s first game on the season will be on the road August 24th against Ridgeland.
