A Few Stormy Days Ahead
Summer Humidity Rocks On
Skies will clear overnight with patchy fog possible by daybreak. Wednesday will likely turn out to be a similar day to Tuesday with pop-up, slow-moving thunderstorms during the afternoon and evening hours. While most areas will not have a problem, an isolated storm with damaging wind gusts and small hail is certainly possible.
A cool front stretching from the Plains to the Midwest will stall just to our north later this week, helping to ignite additional coverage to showers and thunderstorms. The core of storms will take place during the afternoon/early nighttime hours Thursday, Friday and this weekend.
Quieter weather may return by the middle part of next week. Stay tuned.
