Jordan Jenkins Puts on His First Football Camp at Harris County High School

FORMER HARRIS CO/UGA STANDOUT AND CURRENT NY JETS PLAYER RETURNS TO HAMILTON, GA

Former Harris County high school and the University of Georgia standout Jordan Jenkins took some time out of his busy off season schedule to put on a football camp in Hamilton, GA.

This is Jenkins first ever football camp that he has put on at Harris County high school and doesn’t plan for it to be his last.

He even suggested putting on a camp with new New York Jets teammate and former Carver high school standout Isaiah Crowell.

His main goal in all of this is to give local kids the tools they need to succeed at the next level saying, “From today I hope they’ll learn that they need to work in order to achieve what they want and that nothing is given. You have to earn it and that anybody can make it at this level. All you have to do is listen to your coaches and put in the hard work, because that’s how I got recruited by Georgia. Honestly I just listened to the coaches and I had success and you just have to be coachable. That’s what coaches love at this level and the next level.”
