A Very Hot Tuesday
Dry for the next few days
It will be quiet the next few days with lots of sunshine that will keep daytime highs a bit above average. We’ll also stay dry outside of a few afternoon showers due to daytime heating.
A weak front will push into the area late in the week, so our chances of rain will increase Thursday into Friday with scattered showers and isolated thunderstorms, some of which could turn strong with gusty winds, frequent lightning, and periods of heavy rain.
Very hot today with highs in the low to mid 90s with heat indices pushing around 100.
Clear tonight with lows in the low to mid 70s.
Mostly sunny on Wednesday with highs in the low to mid 90s with the heat index trying to get near 100 again.
