Helmets and training wheels to keep the kids safe.

In Your Health Minute,

Biking is also a great way for kids to get exercised as long as they wear a helmet.

Helmets should be the government safety standard and have a snug but not tight fit.

Also, don’t push your child to get rid of their training wheels until they are ready.

Instead consider a balance bike with no pedals so they can learn riding skills.
