How ‘Bout That Humidity!

Occasional Heavy Storms
Widely separated thunderstorms will be primarily during the first half of tonight, so keep an eye to the sky if you’re out and about.

After some low clouds and patchy of fog burn off Thursday morning, there will be enough sun to boost us toward 90 degrees, but thunderstorms will redevelop in some areas during the midday or afternoon hours.  The slow-moving nature of these storms can lead to isolated flash flooding, let alone the prospects of small hail and damaging wind gusts.

Friday will likely fall in line with Thursday.

Although an afternoon thunderstorm will likely develop in a few neighborhoods this weekend; both Saturday and Father’s Day, most of the time may end up being rain-free.

Meanwhile, tropical moisture over the Gulf of Mexico will likely remain well to our south and west.   A weak cool front approaching from the north by the middle of next week may allow for more numerous storms….again!
