T-Storm Cycle Returns

Hello Summer
A few slow-moving, intense thunderstorms that developed earlier in the day will begin to fizzle under the cover of darkness tonight.   However, keep an eye to the sky early on this evening, as any thunderstorm can be accompanied with hail, flooding downpours and damaging winds.

Those that got wet so far today can expect some low clouds and fog to start off Saturday; otherwise there will be enough sun to boost us just past 90 degrees in most areas.  Random heavy storms will once again develop with the same risks as today.

The coverage area to thunderstorms, mainly diurnal, will likely increase Sunday into early next week, so the cycle of daily storms most certainly has returned along with high humidity.   The western Caribbean will also continue to be monitored next week for possible tropical moisture streaming back toward the northern Gulf of Mexico.
