Hot, But Not Too Humid…..Yet!

Thunderstorms Returning

The recent run of moderate humidity will come to a close at the end of this week. So, for those that absolutely despise that Summer stickiness, it is time to get outside. Dry weather will remain the name of the game through Thursday as well. Just keep in mind the afternoon hours will be a bit toasty.

Higher humidity trickles in Friday, and throughout this weekend. A storm forming over the northeast Gulf of Mexico will likely run toward coastal Carolina. However, just the higher humidity working in conjunction with the heat may be enough to kick off a stray afternoon thunderstorm.

The coverage area to P.M. storms will likely increase later this weekend or early next week, so keep an eye to the sky. We’ll also be watching the western Caribbean next week for possible tropical development. As always, stay tuned and stay safe.
