Disney Now Serving Alcohol at All Mk Restaurants
DISNEY NOW SERVING WINE AND BEER AT ITS TABLE-SERVICE RESTAURANTS INSIDE THE MAGIC KINGDOM
(CNN) – Adult visitors to Walt Disney World now have more options to have alcohol with their meals at the Magic Kingdom.
Disney recently announced that three new restaurants inside the original Magic Kingdom park will offer beer and wine.
People magazine reports this means that all table-service establishments at Disney World’s Magic Kingdom now allow those of legal age to drink alcohol.
For more than 40 years, the Magic Kingdom had a strict no-alcohol policy.
Those looking for an adult beverage typically had to visit Epcot’s world showcase pavilion.
But that started changing in 2012, when Disney opened the “Be Our Guest” restaurant inside the Magic Kingdom.
That eatery became the first in the park to serve beer and wine.
Alcohol remains off-limits at the Magic Kingdom’s counter-service eateries.
