When Heat Collides With T-Storms

Rain-Free For Most This Weekend

The hit/miss showers that developed earlier today were briefly intense in a couple neighborhoods.  However, they will fizzle out during the evening hours, leaving behind a clearing sky and tranquility.    The only concern would be patches of fog developing in those same areas that picked up a shower.  Regardless, Friday will remain toasty with moderate humidity and little to no wet weather.

The weekend will follow suit in the hot air department, so plan accordingly.

A storm forming over the Gulf of Mexico will eventually push higher humidity and more numerous thunderstorms our way next week.   While the coverage area for storms may be pretty small on Monday, the same cannot be said for the rest of the week.  In a worst case scenario, there can be isolated flooding.   Stay tuned.
