Diabetics Should Eat Fewer Carbs

Eating fewer carbs could help regulate blood sugars.

In Your Health Minute,

Another new study reveals type one diabetes patients may benefit from a very low carb diet.

Researchers with Boston Children’s Hospital surveyed nearly 500 children and adults with the disease.

Those who average just 36 grams of carbs a day had blood sugar levels in the exceptional or near normal range.

They also had fewer diabetes related complications.
