Giant Storms This Weekend
Great Friday Weather
Sunshine will mix with a few high clouds Friday, making for a beautiful sunset; let alone the great weather all day long. The Outdoor Lunch Date Index is a 9; not quite making the 10 mark due to a little breeze.
Warm weather persists into Saturday, but a massive cold front will be approaching throughout the day from the west. Said front won’t arrive until Sunday morning. However, a squall line of severe storms will likely develop in advance of the front, bringing anything from hail and damaging winds to an isolated tornado. Part of the problem is that the storms will arrive under the cover of darkness and visibility will be poor.
Gusty winds Sunday midday and afternoon will usher the wet weather out of the picture, but colder air will take over through Monday night/Tuesday morning. Temperatures will begin to modify by mid-week.
