Pm Netanyahu Cancels Migrantagreement
ISRAELI PRIME MINISTER NETANYAHU CANCELS MIGRANT RELOCATION AGREEMENT
(CNN) – Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu cancels migrant relocation agreement.
That came less than a day after announcing a deal with UNHCR to relocate thousands and allowing thousands more to remain in Israel.
Netanyahu announced his decision in a meeting with citizens of south Tel Aviv where many migrants live.
The majority of the migrants are sub-Saharan, from Sudan and Eritrea.
On Twitter and Facebook, Netanyahu said that “we will continue acting with determination to exhaust all possibilities to remove the infiltrators”
The word infiltrator is often used by politicians and many Israelis to describe undocumented migrants.
