Bumpy Ride Tonight

Great Easter Weekend

Warm weather was back on the docket for Thursday.  However, a couple hit/miss showers developed during the afternoon in advance of the main cold front arriving tonight.

Heavy thunderstorms will accompany the arrival of the front during the evening hours, generally from west to east.  As noted throughout the week, a couple spots can pick up damaging winds in these storms, but most will have gusts in the 40 mph range.   Rain will persist for a few hours, although the risk of severe weather is limited to the onset of thunderstorms this evening.

Rain will move away during the overnight time frame, leading to some fog for the start of Friday.  However, sunshine will be quick to return with a gusty breeze.

Additional sun will be had for the Easter weekend.   Stay safe, and enjoy!
