Another Record Day

More Heat This Week

The second record high temperature fell by the wayside earlier Wednesday afternoon.    While temperatures fell just one degree shy of tying the all-time February record high of 84 degrees in Columbus, the 83 degrees was enough to eclipse the previous record of 81 from 1922.

More record heat is expected for the rest of this week into the start of the weekend.  High humidity will go hand-in-hand with the heat, so keep that in mind if you’re doing anything strenuous outdoors.   Cooling storms should quell the heat later in the weekend.   Stay cool!
