If you eat lots of whole gains, you could prevent colorectal cancer.

A new Harvard Study found 3 daily servings of whole grains, like brown rice or whole wheat bread reduced the risk of colorectal cancer by 17 percent.

On the other hand high amounts of hot dogs, bacon and other processed meats increase your risk of this cancer.
