Argument and Gun Remark At Fast Food Restaurant Creates Chaos and Fear But No Arrests

Police : No charges pending against Dissatisfied Customer

A customer complaint about the size of chicken tenders escalated into a confrontation between guests in line and fear among those who witnessed the argument.

Witnesses at the Zaxby’s restaurant on Buena Vista Road in Columbus, Georgia say the dissatisfied customer said that he was going to go to his car “where he had a gun.”

That remark created chaos and prompted customers and employees to run away from the man and seek shelter where they could.

One employee said, “we all ran in the back.”

Columbus Police were called to the scene.

They found no gun.

No arrests were made as police say no actual threat of violence was made.

Business was back to normal on Wednesday at the store.
