Alabama’s TJ Simmons Announces Decision to Transfer
SIMMONS IS A WIDE RECEIVER AND SPENT TWO SEASONS WITH THE CRIMSON TIDE
A third Alabama football player has left the team since the end of Spring.
On Sunday, wide receiver TJ Simmons announced on his Twitter account that he’s transferring to West Virginia.
Simmons saw some playing time this Spring after he recorded 82 receiving yards and a touchdown in their annual A-Day game. During his freshman season, Simmons didn’t record any stats.
He joins OJ Smith and Shawn Jennings as the most recent departures earlier this month (June).
