Dezhaun Dumas Court Hearing Postponed Again

Suspect accused of fleeing police, killing Frank McLemore

 

 

Dezhaun Dumas, the Phenix City teenager accused of leading Columbus police on a high speed chase in a stolen car and then killing an innocent man was back in court Monday.

The incident happened at the intersection of Crawford and 17th Avenue in Phenix City, Alabama but the teen is in a Columbus courtroom facing multiple charges related to the stolen vehicle

and more drama over who will represent him.  Dumas is facing seven charges including two felonies alluding police and theft by receiving stolen property.  Robbie Watson reports.
