CSU’s Caleb Kutsche Named Finalist for National Pitching Award
ONE OF TWELVE UP FOR 2017 BRETT TOMKO AWARD
The finalists for the 2017 Brett Tomko Award have been determined and one Columbus State pitcher made the field.
CSU’s Caleb Kutsche was one of 12 pitchers named to the list.
The Brett Tomko Award is an honor presented to DII baseball’s pitcher of the year.
Kutsche finished with a 10-3 overall record and 3.19 ERA and struck out 112 hitters.
His eight complete games led the Peach Belt Conference and ranked third in the country. He also ranked third in the PBC in wins and strikeouts.
