Threat of Strong Storms & Heavy Rainfall Return Thursday

STORMS COULD BE EFFICIENT RAIN-MAKERS ON THURSDAY

After a quiet set of days weatherwise, we’re about to turn active again on Thursday as a storm system advances eastward from Texas and Louisiana.

A large cluster of showers and storms are likely Thursday morning with another potential line of storms developing later in the day along the actual cold front.

A much cooler day is expected on Friday with cloudy, windy conditions and temps struggling to reach the low to mid 60’s at best.

At this time, I’m not overly impressed with our severe potential on Thursday as I think our atmosphere will be trying to quickly “rebuild” it’s energy and moisture from our current weather setup.

It will be a close call though–so stay tuned!
