Calvary’s Steven Fowler Signs Scholarship Months After Season Ending Injury

FOWLER IS HEADED TO SEWANEE THE UNIVERSITY OF THE SOUTH

Months after suffering a season ending injury, Calvary Christian football player Steven Fowler is headed to the next level.

On Monday, Fowler signed a football scholarship with Sewanee, The University of the South.

“To go from there through all the physical therapy and surgeries to where I am today, I feel very proud of where I am,” Fowler said.”I feel like I am in a good spot with it.”

Fowler was a four year starter for the Knights.

Throughout his career, he totaled 42 tackles for a loss, and 9 sacks, both of them are school records.

He was also a 2015 GICAA All Region Honorable Mention.
