Friday Morning Commute Likely Impacted By Line of T’Storms

SOME STORMS MAY BE STRONG WITH GUSTY WINDS

A line of strong to severe storms will track south through Tennessee and northern Alabama overnight and will likely impact the Chattahoochee Valley just in time for the Friday morning commute.

This line of storms will likely be in a weakening phase as it moves in, but a burst of heavy rain and gusty winds are possible, especially north of Columbus.

Lingering clouds will quickly give way to sunshine Friday with temps returning to the mid 70’s by afternoon.

Much colder air is on the way late this weekend into next week. Overnight lows may dip below freezing next week. Stay tuned!
