Alabama Crowns “Outstanding Teen” on Sunday

THE MISS AMERICA ORGANIZATION'S "LITTLE SISTER" ADDS ANOTHER REPRESENTATIVE

Sylacauga, Al— Auburn High School Junior, Jessica Baeder, joined the ranks of the Miss Alabama’s Outstanding Teen sisterhood on Sunday. Her third time competing, she was Miss Smiths Station Outstanding Teen. She performed a ballet en pointe to “Boogie Woogie Bugle Boy” and championed the service platform “Fit for Life.”

Baeder is the recipient of a $5,000 scholarship and a full tuition, renewable scholarship to Auburn University, Troy University, the University of Alabama, University of Montevallo, Jacksonville State University, the University of North Alabama and Wallace State University.

In August, Jessica will represent the Miss Alabama Organization at the Miss America’s Outstanding Teen Pageant in Orlando, Fl.
