Central’s season ends in 7A state semifinals
The Central girls basketball team’s season has come to an end.
On Thursday morning, the Lady Red Devils lost to Hoover 59-46 in the AHSAA 7A state semifinals. The game was played at the BJCC Arena in Birmingham.
The Red Devils were led by Teyah Johnson with 15 points. Kayla Vance added 9 point and picked up six rebounds.
They finish the season with a 26-5 record.
