Auburn High Students Learn Self Defense

FORMER FIGHTER PILOT AND SELF DEFENSE TRAINER LEADS WORKSHOPS

Auburn, Al.— Students in Auburn are learning how to live safely in a dangerous world.
Teachers and parents gathered with students at Auburn High School on Wednesday for a self-defense class from The Vigilance Group.

Former fighter pilot and self-defense trainer, Michael “Moose” Moore took students through scenarios young people face on a daily basis- teaching them ways to protect their personal safety, through vigilance, awareness and skillful response.

Attendees witnessed attack simulations from home intruders to gun handling. Moose drove home each point with real life examples of situations gone awry- reiterating that safety comes first.
