An Irwin County, Georgia cold murder case has become hot now that a surprise arrest has been made.

Tara Grinstead disappeared from her home more than a decade ago. She has not been heard from since.

But now, a tip to police leads to a prime suspect.

Arrest warrants state that a south Georgia man burglarized the home of teacher and former beauty queen Tara Grinstead in 2005, and used his hands to kill her inside the residence in the small town of Ocilla.
