Atlanta, GA (WSB) – Rainy weather at Hartsfield-Jackson airport marked the return of the defeated Atlanta Falcons.
The football team suffered a devastating loss to the New England Patriots in the Super Bowl Sunday.
Atlanta’s team dominated the game’s first half, entering half-time with a commanding 21 to three lead.
But the Patriots rallied in the second half and pushed the game into over-time.
After winning a coin toss, the pats scored a touch-down in sudden death.
That ended the game with a score of 34 to 28.
It was the first time a Super Bowl has gone into over-time in the event’s 51 year history.
