Four football players from Auburn headed to the next level

Auburn High School is sending four players to the next level.

Octavius Whitfield is headed to the University of the Cumberlands, Trey Randall is going to Clark Atlanta University, Tre’Shun Floyd signed with Samford University while Ted Wages is going to play with Army.

“I desire to be a man of influence and I feel like that’s the best place for me,” Wages said. I’ve wanted to go there since about the 6th grade and have been wearing Army shirts since about then so it’s a real blessing to be able to go.”

“I’m a good family guy and I love my family so I’m not far away but I’m far enough to grow up as a man,” Floyd said.

Many other athletes signed scholarships on National Signing Day from basketball to baseball.
