Jackson County, GA (WSB) – Three siblings were seriously injured in a crash near a cluster of schools outside the Atlanta area Thursday morning.

A witness said a car with the three kids in it tried to cross a highway, when a pickup truck T-boned it, causing the truck to flip.

Another car then hit the flipped-over truck.

Two of the kids were airlifted to an Atlanta hospital while a third was taken to a hospital in Athens.

The school district said the kids were being driven to school by their father at the time of the crash.
