Washington, D.C. (CNN) - The House of Representatives is set to vote on Wednesday for the 50th time on a modification to Obamacare.
This one would effectively push back the individual mandate by one year, reducing the penalty for not buying insurance to zero.
It's the first such vote since the law took effect on January 1st and it's not likely to be taken up in the Senate.
