Local woman killed on JR Allen Parkway - WLTZ 38 | Columbus Georgia Regional News & Community

(Columbus, GA)-  A 46 year old woman from Smiths, Ala was killed this afternoon on the JR Allen Parkway.  Teresa Bernice Cail was driving a dump truck East near the Schomburg and Blackmon Road exit when the right front tire blew according to a witness at the scene.

The dump truck Cail was driving careened into the tree line and the woman was killed instantly.
