(U.S. Marine Corps)- Check out the next Marine Corps mascot!

"Chesty" the bulldog will represent the Marines at events around the Washington, DC area.

The Corps made the announcement on their website this week.

Of course, the title "Marine" is earned, never given.

Chesty has to finish obedience school and recruit training first.

There will be a big ceremony for him at the end of March.
