HEBER SPRINGS, Ark. (AP) — Country music is mourning the death of Mindy McCready, who authorities believe committed suicide at her home Sunday in Heber Springs, Ark.

The 37-year-old suffered a single gunshot to the head. Natalie Maines of The Dixie Chicks says it's, "Too much tragedy to overcome. R.I.P Mindy McCready." Jason Aldean says, "My thoughts and prayers are with her 2 boys and her family."
