Don Bessilieu (Source: Muscogee Co. Jail)COLUMBUS, GA - A former football star from Columbus is behind bars facing a slew of drug charges.
Don Bessilieu was picked up near Cusseta Road Tuesday night after officers noticed he was driving without a tag.
Bessilieu played for the Miami Dolphins, St. Louis Cardinals and Los Angeles Raiders during his pro career. The 57-year-old is being held in the Muscogee County on various charges including possession of marijuana and probation violation among others.
