COLUMBUS, GA - A Columbus dietician is energized over a healthy heap of lottery winnings.
29-year-old Tanisha Smith won $1 million in the Maximum Green scratch off game.
She bought the ticket at the Costal Food mart on 2nd Avenue.
"I was too excited," Smith said. "Other people who were in the store were happy for me."
Smith told lottery officials she plans on sharing a portion of the winnings with her family and saving and investing the rest.
Smith claimed her prize Monday at the Georgia Lottery Headquarters in Atlanta.
