Columbus Police charge Majestic Sports Bar owner and manager

COLUMBUS, GA -   Columbus Police charge the owner and manager of the Majestic Sports Bar in connection to the New Year's shooting that killed a Columbus State student.

Nathaniel Smith was charged Wednesday with failure to have an ABC card and nine counts of allowing underage patrons into the club.

Owner James Weaver is facing one count of failure to have an ABC card.

Dequandrea Truitt is accused of opening fire inside the club during on New Year's Eve, injuring six and killing Charles Foster, Junior.

Two of the injured were minors.

Smith and Weaver are set to appear in recorders court next week.
