(CNN)-Word of new fallout from the case against Jerry Sandusky.
Sports
Illustrated is reporting the state of Pennsylvania is expected to sue
the NCAA over the punishments against Penn State. This, in the aftermath of Sandusky's sex abuse scandal.
The former assistant coach is behind bars for the next 30 years.
You'll recall the NCAA took away wins, reduced scholarships and temporarily banned the school from competing in the post-season.
We're told Penn State is NOT involved in the lawsuit.
