Former Little League baseball star, Kyle Carter is no longer attending the University of Georgia.
The baseball phenom tells WLTZ the school offered a 20 game suspension after he was arrested for public intoxication, his second arrest in three months.
Carter says the school should have suspended him for just six games after his second 'strike' so he opted to leave the University. Carter says he is considering a transfer to Chipola College located in Marianna, Florida.
Georgia's Associate Director of Sports Communications, Christopher Lakos would only confirm that Carter is no longer with the UGA Baseball team.
Kyle carter became a household name after leading his Little League team to a world championship.
He went on to enjoy a successful prep career at Columbus High School.
Carter first generated headlines at the University of Georgia after threatening a woman with a baseball bat in his dorm room earlier this year according to police reports.
