As a result of this investigation, there have been terminations of four employees from the Parks and Recreation Department. The identity of the terminated employees will not be released, as this is a personnel matter that still requires due process.

The investigation is continuing and it is possible that there will be additional criminal and administrative charges made against current and former City of Phenix City employees.
