COLUMBUS, GA-
A local High School Principal fights off a teen trying to enter the school to attack another student.
Columbus Police say Carver High School Principal Dr. Chris Lindsey approached a juvenile trying to get onto the school's campus around 10:45 yesterday morning. Officials say the teen was holding a rock and threatening to kill another student.
That's when they say Lindsey and the juvenile got into a fight. Lindsey suffered a small cut on his cheek. The juvenile was arrested on scene and charged with felony battery on a teacher, terroristic threats, disorderly conduct, and criminal trespass.
