(CNN) - Delays on American Airlines flights are costing the airline some of their most lucrative customers... business passengers.
American just released September figures.
They had 7-percent fewer paying passengers on domestic flights compared to one year earlier.
A labor dispute has forced American to cut domestic flights by 6-percent to deal with delays and a shortage of pilots.
Some business travelers say they can't risk being late, so they're booking on other carriers.
One corporate customer told CNN that he couldn't allow the airline's problems to affect his business so his company had stopped flying American for good.
