Montgomery, AL, (WSFA) - Judge Roy Moore spoke to a crowd on the Capitol steps today.

The Republican nominee for Chief Justice of Alabama spoke at the Rally for Life, Marriage, and Family.

Moore says it's important that the ministers of Alabama uphold the constitutional laws on marriage.

Judge Moore said,"I talked about the law of Alabama and the constitution of Alabama and the role of pastors to keep and understand the law and to know that their job is to keep the rules straight that's the historical role of the church."
